Oh yes, this thing is pretty sad. We improvised with graham crackers since I didn't want to make or buy gingerbread. I tried to enlist Kyle to help us, but he wasn't feeling like it. He is definitely the better architect of the family. I have NO skills in that department, obviously. We frosted the graham crackers onto an old instant oatmeal box for structure since I couldn't think of any other way to make it stand up. Then we blinged it up with a ton of cheap candy. Kyle said it was the world's worst gingerbread house. Maybe. But Colby had fun and I think that's the whole point, right?
