Salt Painting

I had seen this on Pinterest forever ago and finally got around to trying it.  You use glue to paint a design, then sprinkle salt over it (we used a mixture of coarse and fine salt).  Then once it's dry, you paint the salt with watercolors.

 The kids loved it.

 It was easy for them to do with minimal assistance, which is important.

 They turned out really nice!
