Upload it to you tube. Put it as unlisted so you have to have the direct link to watch it. You should be able to put it on your blog pretty easily. Going through blogger is a pretty long process I think. You know what you may need to convert the video to an mp4. Search for a video converter. I went to download.com and found the You tube video converter that works well and is free try that too. I think it compresses the video to upload quicker.
