A Whole Hand

It happened.  My little boy turned 5.

His sister got him his very favorite gift - a big stuffed Super Mario with a zipper pocket to stash things inside.

 Books and movies from Mom and Dad weren't as exciting...

 For his birthday celebration at school, we brought in donuts and milk for snack time.

 Make a wish!

 Mmmmmilk!  4 different flavors - Orange, chocolate, root beer & strawberry (not pictured).  Delicious!

 Maci joined in, too.

 Maci decided she wanted to stick around, so we let her be a preschooler for the day.  Can she really be this big?  She loved it.

 She sat right down and participated the whole time.  Bad enough I have a five year old, now Maci wants to go to school?!?!  My heart is breaking.

At lunchtime, Colby discovered that Mommy had done something silly to his lunch!

 He did say he wanted more presents to open...
