We're Pretty Official

We have our own sign and everything!

Whew!  The last two months since we started the dairy have been busy to say the least!

Definitely a life changing move and a major adjustment for all of us.  Kyle is working super hard and super long hours.  He mentioned at one point that if he were putting this many hours into a regular desk job, we'd be rolling in the dough!  So my question was, "why in the heck are we doing this??"  His reply: "It's what I've always dreamed about doing and I can't imagine doing anything else."

Then busy or not, we're doing the right thing.
