Daddy's Kind of Art Project

I tend to have very dirty children at the end of the day.  

Hours of playing in the backyard coupled with a few hours of work at the dairy and voila!

 

They really are best buds most of the time - especially when they are outside.

Colby has been wanting to make a robot with Daddy, tonight was the night!  Now that's an art project that Daddy can really get into.

 They found odds and ends of metal and nuts and bolts and whatever else they could and Colby designed it all himself. 

 He told Kyle where to put things and Kyle gave him a little lesson on using the torch :)

Maci really thought she was helping a lot.

Hmmm, my sister needs one, too! 

 So they set to work designing one for Maci, too.

The finished products!  I really think they are awesome.

 

The kids kinda like them, too.
